Talked to a fleet mechanic about warranty claims, now I'm rethinking everything
Guy I know who does fleet work for a delivery company in Phoenix told me they log every single part failure with photos and time stamps, even stuff they're just swapping out. He said most shops leave money on the table because they don't document labor hours right, has anyone else found that to be true or is he just extra?
