Overheard a customer talking about their coolant as 'lifeblood', made me rethink my flushing routine

Some guy in the waiting room at my shop in Cleveland was telling his wife how coolant carries heat like blood carries oxygen, and I realized I've been treating flushes as a chore instead of a system check. I've pulled radiators with sludge that looked like a bad liver, but I never connected the maintenance schedule to that kind of health analogy. Anyone else find themselves explaining cooling system care to customers in a way that actually sticks, or is it just me?
