My Snap-On scanner bricked itself during an ABS bleed on a 2019 Ford F-150

I was bleeding the ABS module on a customer's F-150 last Wednesday when my Snap-On Zeus just froze mid-cycle and then went black. Tried the hard reset and the forced reboot from the manual, but it's totally dead now, won't even power on. Had to finish the job with my old Matco scanner from 2017 that I keep as a backup. Anyone else had a high-end scanner just die on them like this without warning?

Won't even power on" is a bummer for sure, but I'd take that with a grain of salt before blaming the scanner. In my experience, a hard lockup during an ABS cycle is just as likely to be a voltage drop or a bad connection from the truck's battery being low as it is a tool failure.
