My old impact gun finally hit 10,000 tire rotations
I kept a tally on a piece of masking tape stuck to the case, mostly as a joke. It finally rolled over this morning on a set of truck tires. What's the oldest tool you still use every day?

That's some serious dedication to a bit (I respect it). My daily driver is a hammer my granddad bought in the 70s, and the handle is more tape than wood at this point. It just feels wrong to replace something that still works, you know?

Right? That tape is holding the vibes together. My dad's old screwdriver has a handle held on with a zip tie and hope. New tools feel like strangers, but that busted up hammer knows all your projects. It's like the tool version of a broken-in pair of jeans, you just can't buy that kind of fit.
