Can we talk about that one Tuesday that ruined my whole week?
Last month I had a day where three cars came in with the exact same intermittent electrical problem - a 2014 Civic, a 2015 Corolla, and a 2012 Focus - and each one took me over 2 hours to diagnose because the customer swore it wasn't a battery issue. Everyone else in my shop loves when things stack up like that, but I hate it because I end up rushing and missing stuff like the loose ground wire on that Focus. Has anyone else had a day where identical problems on different makes made you want to quit?

Print that ground wire fix on a index card and tape it in your toolbox. That one loose connection gets half the shop chasing ghosts.
