Wasted $400 on a so-called premium paint gun that clogged after two jobs

Bought a brand name HVLP gun back in March because some online reviews raved about it. First job went okay, second job the nozzle started sputtering and I spent more time cleaning it than spraying. Anyone else have a tool they thought was good but just ended up being a headache?

Man that sucks. I had the same thing happen with a "pro grade" sprayer I picked up last year. Worked perfect the first time then the second job it just turned into a mess. Clogged every few minutes and I was basically taking it apart in the driveway instead of painting. People act like spending more money means you get a tool that actually works but thats not always true. I ended up just going back to a cheap harbor freight gun and it works better than the expensive one ever did. Sorry you got burned on that one.
