That cheap paint booth install almost cost me everything last month
Had a job in Denver last month where I tried saving money with a DIY paint booth setup in my garage. Used some off-brand filters and a crappy exhaust fan from a hardware store. Three days later I found paint dust all over a customer's SUV hood because the filter blew out mid-spray. Now I'm redoing the whole job for free and eating $400 in materials. Anyone else get burned trying to cut corners on booth equipment?

Did you check those cheap filters' CFM rating before installing them? I read that most off-brand filters can't handle the static pressure from pro-grade guns and just collapse.
