That line about "what else in my kit" hits home. I see it everywhere, stuff that works fine until the real world tests it. A sunscreen that's perfect at home but worthless in tropical sun, or a glue that holds until a damp garage ruins it. We buy things for our normal conditions and forget other places have their own rules. It's a small shock every time.

Yeah I always figured any body filler would do the job if you just needed a quick fix to get home. This really makes me see how climate can wreck the cheap stuff fast though. Now I'm wondering what else in my kit isn't meant for real humidity. Makes total sense to bring your own trusted supplies.

Wait, so you're telling me some people actually use cheap body filler just to get home and it literally disintegrates in humidity? Like it just falls apart while you're driving? That's wild. I would be absolutely livid if my quick fix turned into a bigger problem because the weather decided to mess with my car.
