Paid $180 for a "same day" AC repair and waited 5 days in Decatur
My unit gave out last Tuesday during that warm spell, so I called a place that promised same day service on their site. They took my $180 diagnostic fee upfront, then the tech never showed that afternoon. When I called Thursday, they said the part was on order, but that part was never the issue, it was just a bad capacitor. I finally got them back out Sunday and the fix took 15 minutes. Has anyone else had luck with a specific HVAC company around the east side that actually honors their window?
