Question about my HVAC guy in Marietta saying my 12 year old unit has maybe 2 years left
He quoted me $6,800 for a full replacement last Tuesday but also said I could just ride it out and top off the refrigerant each summer. Do I really need to swap it now or is he just trying to close a sale before winter?
