My new roof in Decatur cost $14k and I'm already seeing leaks
Hired a crew from a big ad I saw, paid upfront because they gave a 'cash discount'. Now after two heavy rains, there's a drip in my bedroom ceiling. Called them back and they're giving me the runaround, saying it's 'settling'. Has anyone else in the East Atlanta area had a good experience with a roofer who actually fixes their mistakes?

Saw a post on Nextdoor about that "settling" excuse being a total red flag. You need a second opinion fast.
