Drove 30 miles to a home inspector who didn't even crawl under my crawlspace

Last week I paid a guy $400 to inspect a house I'm buying in Decatur. Showed up late, walked around for 20 minutes, took some photos, then handed me a report with nothing about the foundation. When I asked him about the damp spot in the corner of the basement, he just said "oh that's probably just groundwater." Real helpful, bud. Has anyone else had an inspector skip over major stuff they should have checked?
