That one clear night in Mauna Kea, every photo came out golden

I was up at the visitor center around 9 PM last November, and the seeing was unreal. I grabbed 120 frames of M42 with my 8-inch Dob, and every single one was sharp, no fuzzy edges, which never happens for me. The wind was dead calm and the humidity sat at 12 percent, I checked my weather app twice because it felt too good. Has anyone else had a night where the conditions line up so perfectly that it makes you question your own gear?
