Got a $15 star tracker off Craigslist and it’s way better than I expected

I thought it would be junk but I used it to shoot Orion last night and got 30 second exposures with no star trails. Anyone else find cheap gear that shocked you?

Yeah I grabbed a used iOptron SkyTracker for cheap and it punches way above its weight.

Read somewhere that the Star Adventurer Mini is also a solid competitor in that range.
