A simple crop changed how I see galaxy photos

Someone told me my framing on the Andromeda shot was too cluttered. I had all this empty space around the core, distracting from the dust lanes. Ever had a small tweak totally transform how an image looks?

Have you ever had one of those where a friend crops a photo and suddenly the whole mood shifts? My buddy trimmed a huge chunk of sky from his Milky Way shot and it went from nice to absolutely stunning, just like that.
