PSA: A customer's complaint about my diagnostic speed made me rethink my whole process

They said, 'You spent 45 minutes just looking at it, I could have done that.' I realized I was overcomplicating simple checks. Now I start with the power source and thermal fuse on every dryer, which cuts my initial time in half. Anyone else get called out for being too thorough at first?
