I flipped back to a Whirlpool I serviced in March and found I'd written down the exact ohm reading on a bad compressor relay, which saved me about 40 minutes of guessing on the same model in a customer's garage in Mesa last week, so does anyone else keep paper logs or have you all gone digital?
