Got a guy on my team who always forgets to test the door gasket after fridge fixes

My tech keeps skipping the door seal check, and customers call back with CONDENSATION problems. I've reminded him a couple times, but it still happens. How do you deal with repeat errors without starting an argument? Maybe a simple checklist would work, but I'd like to hear from others.

My old supervisor at Appliance Masters used to say a failed seal check costs us two hours of rework. I feel your pain with those condensation callbacks. A visual checklist right on the service ticket helped my team remember. Sometimes, making it a habit takes a few gentle reminders. It's frustrating when simple steps get overlooked.

Checklists are a lifesaver. We had a guy forget to check flashing on a roof edge once. Whole section leaked after a rainstorm, cost us a full day to tear out and redo. Now the checklist is the first thing they see on the work order. It sticks in your brain better when it's right there in front of you.

Sarah's right about rework time, and I've been that forgetful guy with paint prep, so maybe a posted checklist would save everyone grief.
