Fridge compressor swap turned into a 4 hour nightmare yesterday

Got a call last week about a Whirlpool refrigerator not cooling. Showed up thinking it was just a bad start relay. Nope. Compressor was seized solid. Had to cut the lines and swap it out in a cramped kitchen with no AC. Took me 4 hours cause the access panel screws were stripped. Has anyone else dealt with those stripped hex bolts on older Whirlpool units?
