Customer told me my dryer vent cleaning was too slow, changed my whole setup

Tbh I was doing dryer vent cleaning the old way with just a brush and shop vac, taking like 45 minutes per job. Last month a customer watched me work and said 'my last guy did this in 20 minutes with a rotary kit.' I was kinda annoyed at first but figured I'd look into it. Picked up a cheap rotary brush attachment for my drill and now I'm finishing vents in 25 minutes flat. Has anyone else had a customer's comment actually make you rethink your whole approach?

Honestly is 20 minutes really that big of a deal when you're doing it right the first time?
