Hit 50 pounds of compost from my apartment bin and honestly I'm shook

I've been using a little worm bin under my sink for about 8 months now, and I finally weighed what I've collected. Turns out I've turned 50 pounds of kitchen scraps into usable soil, which is way more than I thought possible in a 1-bedroom. Has anyone else been surprised by how much waste they can actually keep out of the landfill from an apartment?

Start by telling me what you're actually feeding them. I've had a worm bin for about two years now and I'm always curious what other apartment composters are tossing in there that gets the best breakdown. My bin is mostly coffee grounds and veggie peels, but I've been too scared to try citrus or onions because I heard it can mess with the ph. Have you noticed any issues with certain scraps taking way longer to break down or causing smell problems?
