Got a $6 milk glass bowl at a Saratoga flea market, then found out it may not be old at all
Picked up a hobnail milk glass bowl for $6 at the Saratoga flea market last Saturday and a dealer there told me half of what sells as "vintage milk glass" is actually 1970s Avon repro made to look old. Now I can't decide if buyers care about real age or just want the look, so is paying up for confirmed old glass even worth it? Curious what you all do when the price is low but the age is shaky.
