Flea market seller told me a $5 vase was 1920s, I counted 40 of them in my head
Honestly I hit my 50th find at the same stall last month and it got me thinking, do we trust the story or the price tag when an old timer swears something is rare? I've bought fakes for $20 and real gems for $2, so which side do you lean on when the number just feels off?

Reminds me of the time I found a lamp that turned out to be from the 70s, not the 1800s.
