Honestly, I spent like 3 years only looking for "sun-drenched coastal" maps and missed out on some killer swampy vibes. Ngl, my own taste is probably the biggest thing holding me back.

Oh man, I gotta disagree a little bit. I think your taste is actually doing you a favor, not holding you back. Like, you spent years honing in on what you actually love (those coastal maps can be stunning, no lie) and that's a good thing. It's not about missing out on swampy vibes, it's about knowing what gets you excited to run a game. I think if you forced yourself to run a swamp campaign just to broaden your horizons, you'd probably be bored and your players would feel that. Stick with what fires you up, that's what makes your games good (even if it means passing on some cool swamps).
