That $60 anime streaming box I thought was a scam actually rocks

I saw this little box on a sketchy site for 60 bucks and figured it was gonna be junk. But a buddy at the comic shop in Portland told me he got one for the Crunchyroll marathons and it works fine. After 3 weeks of using it, no lag and the subtitles sync perfect. Anyone else find a cheap gadget that surprised them?
