Remember when the Crunchyroll forums shut down back in 2018?
I was in my dorm room trying to find a thread about the 'Steins;Gate' ending and the whole site just went dark. That was the moment I realized all my favorite discussions were scattered across a dozen different Discord servers and subreddits. Does anyone else miss having one big, messy central hub for everything?

Central hubs were always cluttered and hard to find things in.

Actually, the clutter was part of the charm. You had to dig through weird threads and off-topic rants, and that's how you stumbled on the best conversations. Now everything is so split up and organized into separate little rooms that you never get those random, cool finds anymore. The mess made it feel alive.
