Dropped $140 on a Rei Ayanami figure that showed up with the face printed all crooked

I waited 3 weeks for shipping from a shop in Akihabara and the eyes are literally 2mm off center, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has gotten a bootleg while paying full price or if I just have terrible luck.
