Lost 6 hours on a Vista 21iP panel after a firmware wipe
I trusted the factory reset to clear everything clean, but it nuked the bootloader too. Had to spend 6 hours on hold with Honeywell support and reflash the whole thing over serial. Anyone else run into this on the 21iP boards from 2022?

Didn't think a factory reset could go that deep, but now I totally get it. How long did Honeywell keep you on hold before someone picked up?

Yeah the 2022 boards have a bug where the factory reset wipes the bootloader partition... I had to use HyperTerminal at 19200 baud to get mine back after the same thing happened last June.
