Hot take: I just read that 40% of false alarms are from user error, not system faults.
Honestly, I found that stat in a trade magazine article last week, and it made me rethink how much time I spend on customer training. Ngl, I used to think most call-outs were for faulty sensors or wiring issues. Do you guys think we should be charging more for the initial walk-through and demo to cut down on these calls?

The article listed wrong sample collection as the top error. They said people often mix up the oral swab and nasal swab steps. How do we make those instructions impossible to mess up?
