A customer made me redo a zone because of my wire labeling
I had this one job last month where I finished a whole 8 zone panel in a house over in Oakville. Wired everything clean, labeled each zone with my usual tape and sharpie method. Customer comes by to check and says the labels look messy and unprofessional. She was right honestly, my handwriting is terrible. So I had to peel all those old labels off and buy a label maker from Amazon for like $60. Now I run every wire through the label maker before I even land it on the board. Takes an extra 10 minutes but the final result looks way cleaner and I havent had a single complaint since. Has anyone else had to change their labeling system after getting called out?
