Shoutout to the little air museum in Pensacola for having a fully open engine display

I was down there last month and they had a Pratt & Whitney R-2800 cut clean in half, all the parts laid out on a table with labels. You could actually pick up a piston and feel the weight, see the wrist pin setup. It's one thing to see diagrams, but holding the real part makes the whole assembly click. Anyone know of other museums with hands-on stuff like that?

Tbh, it's actually the National Naval Aviation Museum. The little air museum is a different spot downtown. Honestly, that engine display is so cool though.

Remember my friend who went to that museum? She got totally lost trying to find the engine display @linda626 mentioned. Ended up in the gift shop for an hour.
