I think torque wrenches get way too much hype on the line
Been doing mechanical work on GA planes for about 12 years now. Everyone I work with swears by the Snap-on digital torque wrench for everything including oil filter changes. But honestly on older Cessnas and Pipers I still use the old beam style I got from my dad. It has never given me a problem in 8 years. The digital ones are great for critical stuff like prop bolts but for most of the daily stuff I think they are overkill. Am I the only one who still uses old school tools for basic maintenance jobs?

Are you still grabbing that beam style for the occasional stubborn bolt that the digital ones just don't seem to "feel" right on? That's what I do on my own projects and it saves me time.
