Hit 500 composite repairs on the same A320 tail section and it still bugs me

I just did my 500th patch on that one A320 vertical stabilizer that keeps getting hail damage and I'm honestly surprised the thing hasn't been scrapped yet, anyone else got a plane that just refuses to stay fixed?

You ever try using a different sealant on it? I had a similar situation with a 737 belly that kept cracking after repairs, switched to a two-part polyurethane and it held up way better... the old stuff was just too brittle for the vibration at that spot. Took me like three tries before I figured out the original spec didn't account for the flex in that area. Might be worth checking if the repair manual you're using is the latest revision, sometimes they update it but nobody tells you...
