Oh man, that's genuinely concerning. I've been around enough towbars to know that storage issues can lead to some nasty surprises down the line.
I really hope this doesn't turn into a headache for anyone who uses that hangar. Towbars getting banged up or left in weird spots can mess with alignment and safety checks, which is the last thing you need when you're trying to get a plane out on time.
Honestly, thanks for the warning. It's the kind of small thing that could easily get overlooked until it causes a big problem.

You said "towbars getting banged up or left in weird spots can mess with alignment and safety checks" and that's exactly right. I once saw a towbar that had been stored leaning against a wall for months, and when someone finally used it the whole pin mechanism was bent just enough to cause a delay. It's those little oversights that can really throw off a whole operation, especially when you're in a hurry. Hopefully someone at Signature already noticed and is fixing it.
