Oh man, that's genuinely concerning. I've been around enough towbars to know that storage issues can lead to some nasty surprises down the line. Towbars getting banged up or left in weird spots can mess with alignment and safety checks, which is the last thing you need when you're trying to get a plane out on time. I once saw a towbar that had been stored leaning against a wall for months, and when someone finally used it the whole pin mechanism was bent just enough to cause a delay. It's those little oversights that can really throw off a whole operation, especially when you're in a hurry. Hopefully someone at Signature already noticed and is fixing it.
