Had to pick between a new torque wrench and sending our old one out for calibration

The old Snap-on wrench was about $50 to calibrate with a week's wait. I went for the calibration, and it came back dead on spec, saving us over $400 on a new tool. Anyone have a go-to calibration shop they trust?

Used to always buy new when a tool felt off, figured it was just worn out. Had a dial indicator that was reading funny last year, sent it in on a whim. Got it back for thirty bucks and it was just a dirty rack pinion, been perfect ever since. Makes you check the simple stuff first now.

Glad the calibration worked out. Just a heads up, Snap-on usually does free calibration if you have a truck account. Might save that fifty bucks next time.
