An old timer at my hangar told me to always use anti-seize on spark plugs - he was right

I had a PA-28 come through last month with what felt like a seized plug in cylinder 3. Took me 45 minutes of careful coaxing with a breaker bar to get it out, threading was nearly stripped. Guy I work with, been doing this since the 70s, always puts a thin coat on installs. I thought he was being overkill but now I'm a believer. Anyone else run into this or have a specific brand of anti-seize they swear by?

A buddy of mine swears by the silver grade anti-seize meant for spark plugs specifically, not the regular copper stuff. Tried it on my last couple of plug changes and the threads came out clean as could be, even after a long season of flying. What temperature range do you usually aim for with yours?

OH BOY yeah I had that same issue on an old pickup truck and swore I'd never skip anti-seize again after that.
