Used to think air fryers were just for frozen food...
I was totally against using my air fryer for anything besides frozen fries and chicken nuggets for like a year. Then last month my roommate made roasted Brussels sprouts in it with just oil and salt at 375 for 12 minutes. They came out crispy on the outside and soft inside way faster than my oven ever did. Now I use it for veg all the time. Anyone else have a recipe that changed how you use yours?

You had me at crispy Brussels sprouts. I've been trying to get vegetables right in my air fryer for a while now. What temp and time do you use for tougher veggies like broccoli or carrots? I keep burning the outside before the inside gets done.

No way, @mark49 you're burning broccoli? That's crazy because I literally just made some at 375 for 8 minutes, shook the basket halfway, and it came out perfect with a little char on the edges.
