Unpopular opinion: I used to roast every vegetable in my oven for 45 minutes, but after burning a batch of Brussels sprouts in 2021, I switched to the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

Now I get perfect crispy edges every time, so why do so many recipe sites still recommend the oven for simple veggie sides?

Same! Air fryer totally changed my veggie game.

It's the energy waste for me. My oven heats up the whole kitchen and takes forever. The air fryer is just faster and more focused. Those recipe sites are stuck in the old way of doing things. They need to catch up because the method is clearly better.
