Nah, I do frozen wings in my air fryer all the time with no issues.

Whoa hold up, I gotta disagree here. I tried frozen wings straight in the air fryer last week and they came out rubbery and unevenly cooked on the inside. The outside was crispy but the meat near the bone was still cold and kinda raw looking. I had to throw them back in for another 10 minutes and they still weren't right. You must have gotten lucky with your batch or have a way better air fryer than mine.
