Saw my grandma's old fry basket at a yard sale in Fort Worth
Stopped by a neighborhood yard sale off Camp Bowie last Saturday and spotted this beat up wire fry basket from the 1970s. It made me think about how we used to babysit a pot of oil for 20 minutes just to make 4 pieces of chicken, now my air fryer does it in 12 with no mess. That old basket was $3 but I passed on it, my counter already has enough gadgets. Anyone else ever feel a little guilty about how easy we have it now?

Air fryers got nothing on that crispy golden crust from real oil, trust me.
