PSA: Stop overcrowding your air fryer basket, it's not a regular oven
I kept getting soggy fries in my Ninja until I measured the space and realized I was filling it 100% full. Has anyone else found the sweet spot for a 6-quart basket?

My Ninja 6-quart is the same way. I aim for a single layer with a little space between pieces, maybe 70% full max. For fries, I do one medium potato's worth at a time. Overcrowding blocks the hot air flow (which is the whole point) and you just steam everything. It takes more batches, but the crispy results are worth it.
