My sister told me my air fryer chicken was like eating a dry sponge.

She was totally right. I was cranking the temp to 400 and cooking for way too long, now I do 375 for 18 minutes and it actually stays moist. Has anyone else had a family member call them out on a bad recipe?

It's chicken, not a hostage situation. So what if it was dry, she could've just said nothing and grabbed a drink.
