My dad's air fryer sat in the box for 8 months before I broke down and tried it
I was super skeptical when my dad handed me his old Cosori air fryer he got on sale at Target. Figured it was just another gadget that would take up counter space and make everything taste like a hairdryer. After 3 tries with frozen chicken wings I finally got the temp and time right, and they came out crispier than my oven does in half the time. Anyone have a go-to seasoning blend that works best for drumsticks in these things?

You got the temp and time dialed in on wings? What did you settle on? I've been messing around with drumsticks in mine and I found that 380 for about 22-23 minutes with a flip halfway gives a real good crunch without drying them out. For seasoning, I've been doing a mix of smoked paprika, garlic powder, and a little cayenne with some brown sugar. That sugar gets a little caramelized on the skin and it's pretty killer.

Brown sugar is a game changer on wings. Tried it last month and never went back. When you flip yours at the halfway mark, are you flipping bone-in pieces or flats? I find the flats need less time on the second side or they get tough. Also, do you pat the skin dry before seasoning or just go straight in?
