My big shift on air fryer eggs came from a simple video
I always thought eggs would make a mess in the air fryer. A clip online showed someone making soft boiled eggs with no trouble. I decided to test it with my own machine at 250 degrees for about twelve minutes. The result was perfect eggs with creamy yolks and firm whites. Now I cook eggs this way most mornings before work. It saves me time and I don't have to watch a pot on the stove.

Seriously, you just figured this out now?

It's like a whole category of things everyone pretends they've always known. People act shocked you just learned you're supposed to wash jeans inside out, or that letting hot pans cool before washing stops warping. Saw someone last week get mocked for only now realizing their water bill includes sewage charges. We're all just bluffing until we get caught.

@king.wendy true but also nobody talks about how air fryer eggs are basically foolproof once you nail the timing.
