Frozen chicken wings vs fresh in the air fryer, no contest
I made frozen wings last week and fresh ones today, and the difference was way bigger than I thought. The frozen ones came out okay after 25 minutes at 400, but they were a bit rubbery on the skin. The fresh wings I patted dry, hit with salt and baking powder, then 20 minutes at 380 gave me crispy skin that actually snapped. Have you guys had better luck with one over the other?
