Finally ditched the spray oil after scorching my wings for 2 months
Saw a comment from someone in Cleveland about using a silicone brush with regular oil, tried it on chicken thighs at 380 for 18 minutes last night, crispier than anything I got with aerosol, anyone else deal with that sticky residue buildup too?

Honestly the sticky buildup is from propellant, not oil, so you're good now.
