Can we talk about the frozen dumpling trick I found by accident in my air fryer?
Two Saturdays ago I was starving at like 9pm and threw a bag of frozen pork dumplings straight into the air fryer at 390 degrees, no oil, no thawing. I set the timer for 9 minutes and shook the basket at the halfway point, and they came out with crispy bottoms and steamed tops, way better than my usual pan fry mess. My roommate in Austin tried one and now she's bought three bags this week. I do 8 dumplings at a time and they never stick. Has anyone tried this with veggie dumplings, do they need less time?
