Can we talk about cooking bacon in an air fryer for the first time?

I used to stand over a sputtering cast iron pan for 20 minutes flipping strips one by one, but after I threw a pound in the air fryer at 400 degrees last Saturday and got perfect crispy bacon with no grease burns and zero cleanup, I honestly felt a little dumb for all those years of stove-top suffering and a layer of splatter on my shirt - has anyone else had that moment where they realized they were doing something way harder than it needed to be?

Nah, I actually like the ritual of pan frying it.

Notice this playing out in all kinds of places lately, not just cooking - people clinging to old habits out of nostalgia or stubbornness when a better tool is sitting right there. Once you start looking, you see it everywhere, from how people organize their files to how they clean their houses.
