Burned my first batch of wings after 2 months of perfect results
Finally got the temp right on my Cosori after weeks of trial and error, but last night I walked away for 10 minutes to check on my laundry and came back to a smoky kitchen. The wings came out black on the edges, and my wife said 'smells like a campfire in here' while opening every window in the house. I ended up scraping off the burnt bits and tossing them in buffalo sauce anyway, which actually saved dinner. Has anyone else had a small distraction totally wreck a batch, or am I the only one who can't multitask past 380 degrees?
I did almost the exact same thing but with a frozen pizza. Went to grab a beer, got caught up watching a youtube video, came back to what looked like a hockey puck on fire. My smoke alarm still judges me every time I cook now.
