Brussel sprouts came out like leather til I tried 375 for 12 minutes
I was doing 400 for 15 and they were always burnt on the outside and hard inside. Dropped the temp and added a shake of balsamic halfway through and now they're actually crispy and tender. Anyone else have a veggie that took a bunch of tries to get right?

@the_sandra 400 is actually fine if you toss them with oil first.

Oh, 400 is definitely too hot for Brussel sprouts, you gotta ease up on that. 375 for 12 minutes sounds way better, that's what I usually do too. The balsamic halfway through is a good trick, but try tossing them in a little bit of honey or maple syrup next time, it caramelizes nice. And make sure you cut them in half so the flat side gets really crispy, that's the secret.
